Our programme is effective in providing companies with a tool to assist in the reduction of absenteeism through managing the health and wellness of the employees and further by correcting behaviour of the employees who are possibly abusing their sick leave. The savings in the DIRECT COST of absenteeism will result in a corresponding saving in the INDIRECT COSTS.
