ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT
Our programme is effective in providing management with a tool to assist in the reduction of absenteeism through managing the health and wellness of the employees and further by correcting behaviour of the employees who are possibly abusing their sick leave. The savings in the DIRECT COST of absenteeism will result in a corresponding saving in the INDIRECT COSTS.
There are number of factors which contribute to absenteeism. Unplanned sick absenteeism may be as a result of health related incidents, eg. chronic illness or disabling diseases or injuries, or alternatively be due to ancillary causes, such as: social problems; work related issues; lack of communication; ergonomics and lack of commitment.
